Yes! We offer free shipping on all sauna orders anywhere in Canada. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days from our Listowel, Ontario facility.
For 1–2 people, our 4′×4′ or 4′×6′ models work great. For 3–4 people, consider the 6′×8′. For larger groups or commercial use, our 8′×10′ is ideal. We also offer custom sizing — contact us for a quote.
Our saunas arrive pre-built in panels and can be assembled in 2–4 hours with basic tools. No contractor needed. Each order includes detailed assembly instructions and video guides.
Most of our heaters require a 240V / 60A dedicated circuit. We recommend having a licensed electrician install the circuit before your sauna arrives. Our team can advise on exact requirements for your chosen model.
All Procraft saunas come with a 2-year structural warranty covering the cedar frame and panels, and a 1-year warranty on electrical components including the heater and controls.
